However, we accept donations but it is totally up to you.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><h2 style=\"letter-spacing: normal; background-color: #f4f4f4;\"><strong>Membership requests or renewal as a member<\/strong><\/h2><div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong style=\"color: #303030;\">Admission Conditions<\/strong><\/div><ul style=\"background-color: #f4f4f4;\"><li>Complete and sign the membership request or member renewal request.<\/li><li>Support the mission and objectives of Mon Shack.<\/li><li>Commit to respecting the rules.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c699953 elementor-widget elementor-widget-html\" data-id=\"c699953\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"html.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<iframe width=\"480px\" height=\"480px\" src=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/r\/WKh15BUVDY?embed=true\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" style=\"border: none; max-width:100%; max-height:100vh\" allowfullscreen webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen msallowfullscreen> <\/iframe>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-236146a4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"236146a4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong style=\"color: rgb(64, 64, 64); font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 29px; letter-spacing: 0px;\"><br><\/strong><\/p><p><strong style=\"color: rgb(64, 64, 64); font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 29px; letter-spacing: 0px;\">Member Categories<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mon Shack has two categories of members<strong>, active members and honorary ones.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><br><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>ACTIVE MEMBERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All individuals, institutions or corporations interested in the goals and activities of the organization can become <strong>active members<\/strong> by agreeing to the following terms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>be 18 years of age or older;<\/li>\n<li>preferably be a person from the Eastern Townships;<\/li>\n<li>complete the form for this purpose which is available at Mon Shack;<\/li>\n<li>agree to conform to the regulations of Mon Shack;<\/li>\n<li>agree to other conditions and rules as decreed by the board of directors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Active members can participate in all activities of the organization (according to availability and with the resources of the organization), can receive notices of member assemblies, can attend these assemblies and can vote.<\/p>\n<p>To be able to use your right to vote at the annual general assembly (AGA), the active member must have completed the current form in the organization during the fiscal year (before March 31<sup>st<\/sup>).<\/p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(64, 64, 64); font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 29px; font-weight: 700; letter-spacing: 0px;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>HONORARY MEMBERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The board of directors, by resolution, may at any time appoint as an honorary member of the organization any person who has provided services through their work or donations or who has demonstrated support for the organization&#8217;s objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Honorary members can participate in the activities of the organization (according to availability and with the resources of the organization) and attend member assemblies. However, honorary members will not be able to vote at the assemblies or be elected to the board of directors.
